Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Management Professional to support the Lead of Business Management & Change and Regional Head of Middle Office Department in key initiatives and the immediate function.

  • Support on securing Management approvals by drafting Business Memos for planned projects, initiatives, organizational changes etc.
  • Support monitoring of MOD budget/expenses and vendor invoice tracking
  • Support on Third Party Risk Management and outsourcing annual reviews
  • Coordinate updates to business continuity plans across MOD, execute assigned project deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensure on time completion
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • For Analyst: At least 2 years of working experience in Business Management/COO Office or equivalent
  • For Associate: At least 3 years of working experience in Business Management/COO Office or equivalent
  • Strong aptitude with numbers, problem solving, highly organized and detail oriented
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point, experience with visualization tools an advantage
