Job Title: Change Management Professional

This role involves leading the Retail Change Management (RCM) process, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed about progress. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing Change Requests (CRs) in retail banking or financial domains, as well as strong skills in business documentation and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align CRs with System Development Methodology (SDM) standards">
  • Track progress and update stakeholders">
  • Manage release planning and facilitate Steering Committee meetings">
  • Collaborate with business and tech teams to manage CR backlog">
  • Identify risks proactively and define mitigation strategies">
