Electronic Trading Expert - A High-Touch Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Trading Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading financial institution and contribute to the development of our Electronic Trading capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain market presence in foreign exchange and precious metals markets, focusing on Asia.
  • Support daily trading activities, ensuring best execution for all client orders.
  • Manage dealing business, including risk position monitoring and management.
  • Priced and structured investment solutions, including derivatives and options for internal and external clients.
  • Engage with Direct Access Trading (DAT) clients, providing high-touch service and real-time market access.
  • Analyse, adapt, and develop Electronic Trading workflows, driving automation of relevant processes and interfaces.
  • Lead and participate in digitalisation and IT projects, taking over sub-projects in digitalisation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and other departments for seamless process integration and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Academic degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in electronic trading within a private bank.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange and precious metals trading, Electronic Trading platforms and processes, derivatives, and options.
  • Affinity for digital processes, automation, and trading-related IT systems.
  • Independence, analytical thinking, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, self-initiative, cooperative, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
