  • Customer Service Expertise: Warmly greet customers, assist in selecting beverages based on preferences and dietary restrictions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Beverage Preparation Specialist: Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences, utilizing proper brewing techniques and equipment to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Order Processing and Cash Handling: Accurately process customer orders, manage cash and electronic payments, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu and products.
  • Customer Feedback and Suggestion Management: Communicate customer feedback to management and propose new menu items to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea preparation area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, restock supplies as needed, and coordinate stock deliveries.

The ideal candidate will be a highly responsible and proactive individual with regular attendance. Prior working experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
