Tea Barista

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tea Barista to join our team. As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality tea beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tea beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
  • Use proper brewing techniques and equipment to maintain consistent quality in every drink served.
  • Follow established recipes and preparation methods to create beverages accurately.
  • Efficiently process customer orders and manage both cash and electronic payments with precision.
  • Represent the brand by providing an outstanding service experience to all customers.
  • Adhere to operational policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tea barista area, ensuring brewing equipment, utensils, and workstations comply with Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should have relevant F&B experience and possess excellent communication skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
