**Pastry Production Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings, ensuring consistency in products according to established guidelines and central kitchen processing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings, adhering to food safety standards and maintaining high-quality presentation.
  • Maintain proper maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Receive, pack, and store raw ingredients and finished products according to temperature requirements.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties in the central kitchen, including waste management and recycling.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (48 hours/week), rotating shifts.
  • At least 1 year experience as a pastry chef or central kitchen pastry staff, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Able to stand long hours and work in cool room temperatures, with minimal breaks throughout the shift.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and passion for confectionaries, with excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Location: Singapore.

Schedule Flexibility: Available from mid-September onwards.
