Lead Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Beverage Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a senior bar capacity and will be responsible for leading a team of staff and mentoring them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a team of staff and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance beverage knowledge and skills
- Creating a progressive cocktail program that is both interesting and profitable
- Providing excellent customer service and interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals and targets
- Previous/Current role in a senior bar capacity
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas
- Good knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and sake
- Inventory management and control
- Financial management and control
- Sales and marketing experience
