Lead Beverage Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional to lead our front-of-house operations while delivering an exceptional beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Beverage Operations Management
  1. Oversee daily beverage operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top-notch service.
  2. Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
  3. Manage reservations, customer flow, and table turnover efficiently.
  4. Monitor stock levels for both kitchen and bar, coordinating with suppliers for timely orders.
  5. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
Customer Service & Experience
  1. Act as the face of the establishment, greeting and engaging guests.
  2. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
  3. Maintain a welcoming and memorable dining & drinking experience.
Drink Creation & Quality Control
  1. Curate and prepare signature cocktails, mocktails, and seasonal drink menus.
  2. Experiment with new recipes to enhance our beverage offerings.
  3. Ensure quality control and consistency in all drinks served.
  4. Train staff in basic bartending and drink presentation.
Business & Financial Management
  1. Monitor daily sales, manage POS systems, and prepare reports for management.
  2. Assist with cost control, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
  3. Develop promotions and events to boost revenue.
