  • Prepare quotations, process monthly renewals, collect payments for Corporate accounts, and handle PRAC technical/breakdown issues.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.
  • Work with operations to maximize fleet utilization and maintain effective communication with external customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'N' Level or Diploma in any field.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
