Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to manage and support our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring systems are operating efficiently, securely, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, maintain and support Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
  • Monitor system performance, availability and security across Wintel and Linux environments.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches and vulnerability remediations in compliance with IT security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, system faults and service outages, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain system documentation, change logs, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and Linux systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies and Windows Clustering.
  • Proficient in managing Linux environments including system configuration, patching and scripting.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and ITSM platforms.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including access control and auditing.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell and/or Bash.
