Job Title: Storage Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the installation, management and maintenance of enterprise storage systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting SAN/NAS storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Storage Provisioning: Perform high-level storage provisioning across large-scale enterprise environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) Management: Develop, implement, and maintain DR strategies, ensuring data availability and system resilience during outages.
• SRDF Technical Expertise: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SRDF solutions to support data replication and business continuity.
• Hardware Installation & Build: Configure, and build enterprise storage hardware solutions as per business requirements.
• Incident & Change Management: Handle incident resolution and change management processes following ITIL best practices, ensuring minimal service disruption

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise storage solutions, hands-on experience with SRDF and disaster recovery planning, SRDF/S, SRDF/A, SRDF Metro, Linux, OS-related tasks, Network
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAN/NAS storage systems, proficiency in hardware configuration and troubleshooting, Pmax knowledge (SRDF/S, SRDF/A, SRDF/M is preferred), Knowledge of Linux and Windows, Experience with SCG, Security-related knowledge is an advantage (e.g., VA fixes, certificate imports)
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Certifications: PMAX certified, relevant certifications in storage technologies are a plus
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
