Job Description

The Chief Operations Strategist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. This includes reviewing and optimizing processes to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies
  • Regularly review and optimize operational processes
  • Ensure operational activities meet quality standards and improve service quality
  • Manage operational budget and improve profitability through cost analysis and control measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties
  • Familiarity with Chinese capital market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes long-term to Europe and China
