Hospitality Team Member

At Marina Bay Sands, we are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our diverse and inclusive team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that uniforms are organized correctly and neatly at designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and adequacy of uniform inventory, and assisting at the Wardrobe Counter.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- No formal education required
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a laundry environment
- Able to stand and walk for long hours
- Able to perform basic sewing (e.g. sewing of buttons)
- Excellent organizational skills with eye for detail
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
