Job Title: Control Room Officer, LMD

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Control Room Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading telex messages and taking appropriate actions.
  • The Control Room Officer will also inform apron personnel of any aircraft changes, update records in the CRO Editor, and send notifications to relevant parties.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will ensure that requests for SIA stretcher or Supplementary Oxygen kits are processed and updated in the relevant charts.
  • The Control Room Officer will also update flight observer charts, fax them to IGO, and provide copies to MAINTROL.
  • In the event of last-minute aircraft changes, the Control Room Officer will contact refuellers directly and inform them of the change.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess good analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum ITE Certificate / Diploma in any discipline is required.
  • The successful candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to read and understand telex messages and react accordingly.
  • Able to perform coordination, data entry, updating of stretcher or Kit chart into systems, and generating reports.
  • A quick response to any last minute's aircraft changes is crucial.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable with morning rotating shift pattern based on 3 days' work and follow by 2 days off work arrangement.
