The Student Placement Manager is responsible for achieving short-term goals in student placement and executing the long-term strategy of the company to strengthen its position as a leading student placement service provider.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of demonstrated skill in managing a team in a customer-facing multinational company with experience in developing business plans, budgets, and skills to monitor, review, and report on progress.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strengthening IDP's leadership position for all destinations and building IDP to become the top player across destinations.
- Developing and executing destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
- Providing strong business leadership, instilling IDP's vision for the organisation and a performance-driven culture with the office team.
- Providing mentoring, coaching, and ongoing communication thereby driving for high engagement and excellent business results.
The successful candidate will be a strong, ethical leader who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business, respecting diversity in employees and having excellent presentation and communication skills.
