Transportation Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Specialist to join our team. The role involves coordinating transportation arrangements, generating job orders for drivers, and liaising with repair shops on vehicle servicing and government matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in logistics or delivery services is preferred, but not necessary.

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned earlier, the successful candidate will also be responsible for updating transport service changes, maintaining bus profiles, managing complaints from customers, and rescheduling pickups during breakdowns or traffic congestion.

Requirements:
  • GCE O level or equivalent, or extensive experience in logistics or delivery services
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and/or Malay
  • Customer service-oriented, detail-driven, and able to work under pressure
