As a freight specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight. Your goal will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed.
  • Inspect cargo in the storage facilities, ensuring proper handling and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation.
  • Support permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  • Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or delays.
  • Provide support to clients and internal teams, answering queries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics processes.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required to support the logistics department and meet operational goals.
