About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Manager to join our team at Facebook Singapore Pte. Ltd. as a key member of our sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales programs to help clients achieve their marketing goals on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage and optimize sales pipelines to meet and exceed quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendor partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses, external sales and marketing partners, or advertising agencies
  • Knowledge of data concepts and principles, with ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions
