Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting clients with their immigration and relocation needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global immigration policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their services requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their immigration and relocation requirements.
  • Provide consultation and guidance in assisting clients to achieve their visa application objectives.
  • Be the subject matter expert in respective countries.
  • Provide in-depth counsel and analysis of global immigration policies.
  • Develop strategies in the immigration space.
  • Lead and partner with stakeholders such as HR, legal, clients and external vendors.
  • Ensure high-quality immigration services.
  • Develop presentation materials and conduct seminars.
  • Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma Holder or Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Target-driven and good communication skills.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task in managing through a portfolio of clients.
  • Ability to conduct independent research utilising a variety of sources.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative.
  • Ability to perform under stress.

Working Conditions:

9am-6pm (5 days)
