Workforce Management Role

  • Manage scheduling and reporting needs across multiple markets.

  • Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handle first-level escalations from the Operations team.
  • Supervise analysts and manage performance.
  • Monitor unit productivity on a daily basis.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • A degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with workforce management applications.
  • Previous experience with ACD reporting and administration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
