Job Role Overview

  •   Key Responsibilities:

  •     Prepare financial reports for internal management, ensuring timely completion of month-end closing and reconciliation tasks.

  •     Conduct thorough analysis of accounts receivable and aging, as well as cash flow tracking on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement.

  •     Maintain accurate recording of all transactions in compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).

  •     Handle billing and claims details, including credit note issuance, invoice correction, and clarifying any billing issues with customers through phone calls and emails.

  •     Update lease service contract agreements and process customer deposit refunds in a timely manner.

  •     Submit all invoices via external portals or e-invoicing platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  •   Education: Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Banking and Finance from a recognized institution.

  •   Skills: Basic knowledge of GST and relevant financial reporting standards, familiarity with Microsoft Navision and MS Excel, spreadsheet skills, and analytical thinking.
