Job Role

\

We are seeking an Ambassador to represent our brand in-store. As a key figure in the offline brand experience, you should embody our values and understand what drives our success.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Execute day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and receiving or delivering goods.\
  • Ensure excellent in-store customer service and experience.\
  • Execute in-store activities, events, or campaigns.\
  • Support the team with assigned ad-hoc duties.\
  • Report to a designated manager.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • Impeccable customer service skills.\
  • Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.\
  • Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including 1 day on the weekend.\
  • Positive energy and approachability with a willingness to learn.\
  • Great understanding of our brand's aesthetics and values.\
  • Excellent communication skills.\
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.\
  • Love for our brand is an added benefit.
