The Project Manager - Retail Fit Out role at Burgundy Brand Collective in Lower Parel, Mumbai, requires you to independently manage retail property projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing suppliers, designers, and fit-out contractors, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders such as IT, marketing, procurement, and business development teams to maintain brand standards and adhere to store opening schedules. You will need to ensure that proposals, plans, layouts, and finished properties align with designer and brand requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing tenders, drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), estimates, resolving site-related queries, and supervising store renovations and redesign projects.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in retail fit-out and a total of 5 years in architecture/interior designing and site supervision. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in architecture, interior design, or any engineering major from an accredited university, is required. Knowledge of local processes and procedures related to landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc., as well as membership in a professional body, is essential. Strong multitasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective project management.Reporting to the Director, you will be part of Burgundy Brand Collective, a rapidly growing specialty retail company with a presence in 9 cities. The company collaborates with top international luxury brands to offer premium food and lifestyle products to Indian consumers. Some of the brands in the company's portfolio include Royce Chocolate, Onitsuka Tiger, Provenance Gifts, Ligne Roset, and Jacadi Paris. The company aims to expand its portfolio of international brands across India strategically.This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
