Senior Audit Manager, Wholesale Lending

As a Senior Audit Manager in the Wholesale Lending department, you will be responsible for leading and conducting credit risk audits of wholesale portfolios.

  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls related to wholesale banking, including areas of credit origination and review, credit risk management, portfolio management, problem recognition and remedial management, as well as business strategies and credit risk governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide value-added opinions and recommendations to improve the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Review and assess the appropriateness of audit issues, recommendations, and management responses, as well as adequacy of evidence for closure of management action plans.

Requirements

  • At least 10-15 years of relevant credit and business experience in corporate or commercial banking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of credit underwriting and assessment principles, credit risk management and portfolio management process, as well as wholesale banking products.
  • Familiar with credit related regulatory requirements in Singapore and overseas locations.
