Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to cover maternity leave on a 5-month contract. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our COO & CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar organization, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize meetings, both internal and external, ensuring seamless logistics and timely follow-ups.
  • Manage confidential documents and information with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the company.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently, flexibly, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.

What We Offer
  • Estimated Salary: SGD 35,000 - 45,000 per annum.
