**Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts, preparing monthly financial analysis, and assisting in monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial analysis, including actual vs. budget and actual vs. prior period comparisons.
- Assist in monthly reporting, including computation for revenue and cost recognition.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and assist in year-end audit and tax.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/ACCA or equivalent qualification recognized by ISCA.
- Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
