Strategic Public Sector Account Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion in the Public Sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the sector's needs and a proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve established revenue targets
- Manage a portfolio of key Public Sector accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate with technical leaders to deliver successful outcomes for both the client and Thoughtworks
- Stay attuned to Public Sector initiatives and government digital transformation projects, aligning Thoughtworks offerings with client needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in executive, revenue-generating roles, particularly in the Public Sector
- Proven track record in Healthcare, Finance, Defense, or Education is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen, adept at negotiating and managing large accounts
- Familiarity with Government procurement processes and local Public Sector regulations is a strong advantage
