Post Sales Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Sales Security Consultant to join our team. As a Post-Sales Security Consultant, you will be responsible for deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting network security solutions for enterprise customers.
You will ensure customer success by providing exceptional technical implementation and escalation support. This includes implementing and configuring network security products on customer premises or cloud environments, providing Level 2/3 support, and conducting technical training, workshops, and handovers to partners and end-users.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in post-sales support, NOC/SOC, or field engineering for security solutions. They should have hands-on experience with firewall configurations, VPN tunnels, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure network security products on customer premises or cloud environments.
- Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex security incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct technical training, workshops, and handovers to partners and end-users.
- 2–5 years of experience in post-sales support, NOC/SOC, or field engineering for security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with firewall configurations, VPN tunnels, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence tools.
