Restaurant Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key figure in overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

  • Cash Handling and Customer Service:
  • Ensuring accurate handling of transactions during peak hours, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Kitchen Management:
  • Managing the kitchen team to ensure efficient preparation and presentation of food products, maintaining high standards of quality control and product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • General Duties:
  • Conducting regular Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) checks to ensure adherence to company standards, managing inventory levels, ordering stocks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a GCE 'A' Level or Diploma qualification, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
  • Prior experience in F&B or retail, preferably with at least 1 year in a similar capacity, showcasing your expertise and leadership skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to effectively motivate and direct your team.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, displaying adaptability and a commitment to meeting business needs.
