- You will plan and coordinate duty rosters, balancing staffing needs with business demands and ensuring optimal productivity.
- Monitoring staff punctuality and discipline, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining a professional work environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
