Responsibilities

The Search E-Commerce team is responsible for building industry-leading search algorithms to drive e-commerce growth.

We use cutting-edge machine learning technology, natural language processing, computer vision, and multi-modal techniques to develop innovative solutions.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Improving basic search quality and user experience through query analysis and text relevance matching
  2. Understanding e-commerce video content and implementing multi-modal matching
  3. Participating in the design and implementation of core search products to enhance product authority and user perception
  4. Comprehensively improving the end-to-end shopping experience from browsing to after-sales support

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Final year PhD graduates in Computer Science, engineering, or quantitative field
  • Excellent coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the essence of problems from complex data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-driven individuals who can deeply understand business needs, adapt to rapid changes, and communicate effectively
  • Publication records in top journals or conferences, and experience winning ACM-ICPC medals
