**Job Title:** HR Business Partner
The Frazer Jones team is delighted to be partnering with a globally renowned organization within the Maritime Industry to recruit for an HR Business Partner to join their high-performing and close-knit team. In this role with a global remit, you will have the opportunity to support the company's roadmap for transformation and growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned HR Business Partners to continue honing their craft and work alongside highly motivated team members.
While this role requires a strategic thinker, do note that the team operates in a lean fashion and you would still be required to be hands-on in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a critical position where you will work closely with business leaders, HR Shared Services, and the rest of the global HR team to shape and deliver both local and global HR initiatives.
In this role, you'll manage the full employee lifecycle-from hiring and onboarding to development, retention, and exit.
At this juncture, you will be involved in the ongoing transformation and change management efforts aimed at successfully developing a more agile and effective organisational structure, ensuring that roles are clearly defined and comprehensively aligned with business needs.
This role will lead in workforce planning as well as support in talent development, and succession planning.
