Job Summary

The Associate Manager, Programmatic is a key role responsible for driving programmatic media excellence. This involves leading programmatic strategy, planning, and buying, managing campaign execution and optimization, and acting as a primary programmatic advisor to clients and internal teams.

This role contributes to client success by achieving performance KPIs, elevating team capabilities through training and innovation, fostering strong client relationships, and enhancing market leadership through operational processes and ad tech solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead programmatic media strategy, planning, and buying for large regional clients.
  • Manage a team of traders to ensure media plans are high quality, campaigns are set up correctly, optimized, and delivered on target.
  • Collaborate with account teams to align client needs with integrated advertising objectives and successful campaign delivery.
  • Drive programmatic excellence by educating stakeholders with best practices and case studies.
  • Serve as main point of contact and trusted advisor on all programmatic matters for regional clients.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital roles within media agencies, with 3+ years of programmatic experience, or experience in an ad tech company.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing campaigns using DSPs or Adwords and self-serve tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ad servers, plus working knowledge of site analytics tools and tag managers.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Client-facing attitude and strong communication skills, with experience managing senior clients.
  • Efficient, time-managed worker capable of handling multiple projects and campaigns.
