Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a QA/Test Analyst in the wealth management domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and effective communication and collaboration abilities.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a new IT system. As a QA/Test Analyst, you will be responsible for defining, developing, executing, and reporting on testing efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in UAT, software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
  • Expertise in designing and implementing test automation solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple testing activities concurrently

Desired Skills:

  • Banking/Wealth Management domain experience
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including PMO, IT, Product Development & Strategy, Business Units, Operations, and Risk Management to ensure quality outcomes
  • Design and implement automated and manual test cases to support functional and non-functional testing needs
  • Conduct unit, integration, system, and performance testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks
  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and SMEs
  • Track, analyze, and manage software defects to resolution in collaboration with development teams
  • Provide regular status reports on testing progress, risks, and issues
  • Perform exploratory testing and ad hoc validation when required
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and best practices across all testing phases
