Quality Assurance Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to ensure the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality assessments to identify and resolve issues with product functionality.
  • Evaluate new products or parts in collaboration with R&D and generate detailed quality reports.
  • Develop and execute functional, performance, and reliability tests.
  • Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Provide expert QMS advice and lead continuous improvement efforts across all business units.
  • Manage ESG projects from initiation to completion, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and budgets for efficient resource coordination.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, quality, and engineering within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in Quality System Standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Solid understanding of sustainability concepts and current industry trends.
