Job Title: Stockroom Assistant

At Miu Miu, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Assistant to join our team. As a Stockroom Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the rotation of goods according to company regulations and procedures.
  • Support the Stockroom Manager in all responsibilities related to the stockroom and store.
  • Deal with sales and support the Sales Assistant to maximize sales.
  • Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
  • Manage the day-to-day management of goods receipt, storage, and preparation for the sales floor.
  • Ensure shop-to-shop and return transfers are compliant with company guidelines and timelines.
  • Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders and guarantee required service levels.
  • Manage special stocks, including damaged products, on hold, consignment, and products under repair.
  • Organize and manage packaging, stationery, display objects, uniform flows, and gift flows on IT systems.
  • Guarantee the correct protection and packaging of products for transfers and E-Commerce shipments.
  • Ensure prompt investigation in the event of system negatives.
  • Record product movement in the IT system and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Implement effective stock organization with a commercial perspective.
  • Manage stockroom activities related to sales and ensure security and cleanliness of the stockroom.
  • Maintain contacts and relationships with providers and keep updates on the archive.
  • Be familiar with product merchandise to support Client Advisors and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team.
  • Implement KPIs updates, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience in a similar role.
  • Experience ideally in the Retail luxury sector.
  • High affinity for luxury products.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
