About the Job:

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the service of all food & beverages, ensuring high-quality customer experience.
  • This role involves receiving training and performing duties in various sections of restaurant operations.
  • Candidates will gain deep knowledge of restaurant operations by rotating on each position and progressively master skills to run successful restaurants.
  • Maintaining safety and quality standards is crucial for this position.
  • The leader will lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure excellent customer satisfaction, the team member must enhance customer experience.
  • Daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations coordination is essential.
  • Providing support as needed in various departments is also a key responsibility.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by managers based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; on-job-training is provided.
  • Highly motivated individuals who are willing to learn and take on new challenges are preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
