Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the successful completion of projects undertaken by our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring projects are completed within scheduled cost, time, and quality.

  • The role involves coordinating and supervising the construction process with clients and vendors from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • The project manager will be responsible for managing each phase of the project from design to completion, ensuring efficient use of resources and enhancing cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Directing or monitoring compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations, and requirements.
  • Responsible for project financial management and reporting to Management.
  • Ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of project experience, or experience in the Events industry.
  • Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating.
