Project Manager Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during project execution.

In addition to project coordination, the successful candidate will also be expected to provide support in other areas as required by management. This may include assisting with the development of project plans, conducting site visits, and participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering & Construction: A minimum diploma in civil engineering and construction is required for this role.

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil, structural, and architectural work is essential for this position.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
