As a Semiconductor Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for exploring new opportunities in semiconductor inspection or related technologies. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying emerging trends, developing innovative solutions, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, physics, material science, optoelectronics, or a related field. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in semiconductor equipment R&D, inspection/metrology, or advanced laser processing is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and explore new opportunities in semiconductor inspection or related technologies.
  • Translate concepts into working prototypes and scalable products.
  • Lead R&D activities and collaborate with external research institutes and technology partners.
Requirements

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Optoelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently are also required.
