About This Role
  • This position requires a strategic thinker who can establish clear objectives, conduct thorough research, and create data-driven campaign plans.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • They will also be proficient in news and social media listening platforms, with a focus on Meltwater, Talkwalker, and Factiva.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead objective setting, research, and strategy development for client campaigns.
  • Develop comprehensive, data-driven campaign strategies based on competitive analysis.
  • Establish clear, measurable KPIs and targets for PR outcomes and ROI.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients with clear rationales.
  • Manage internal team workflows and client relationships.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Balance multiple client projects while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Three to four years of experience in strategic planning, communications strategy, or related role.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with earned media, PR metrics, and additional social listening tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and ROI measurement.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
