About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, or trade marketing. The successful candidate will have proven experience in executing and optimizing digital lead generation campaigns, as well as developing and maintaining sales enablement materials.

The role involves:
  • Planning, executing, and managing digital lead generation campaigns across channels such as email, social media, content syndication, and paid media.
  • Managing the lead funnel from initial contact to conversion, ensuring seamless lead handoff to the sales team and meticulous tracking of key metrics.
  • Using data from performance insights to optimize campaigns and content, focusing on improving conversion rates and overall ROI.
  • Identifying opportunities to win back dormant accounts through targeted, data-driven campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-6+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or trade marketing, preferably within the media/publishing industry or agencies.

Proven experience in executing and optimizing digital lead generation campaigns.

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Analytics, and basic understanding of research tools like Nielsen or Comscore.

Strong writing, design, and presentation skills to create impactful marketing materials.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that this position will be on a 2-year contract.
