Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, preferably with experience in construction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing construction plans, monitoring progress, and managing project schedules.

They will also oversee the daily activities of work teams, manage technical execution, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized university
  • 1-2 years' experience in civil infrastructure engineering (construction)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges quickly and effectively
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and mobility for on-site work and inspections
