Civil Infrastructure Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support project planning, execution and management from concept to construction. The successful candidate will assist with engineering design development, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Critical Work Functions & Performance Expectations
Project Scope Definition
- Conduct feasibility studies, propose solutions, and identify risks.
- Define project requirements in line with industry standards and regulations.
Design Development
- Develop concept, schematic, and detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects.
- Conduct load calculations, coordinate models, and ensure design integrity.
- Support legislative submissions and sustainable design practices.
Tender Process
- Assist with cost estimates, schedules, and tender documents.
- Ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory needs.
Project Execution
- Coordinate with contractors, supervise on-site works, and ensure project delivery.
- Support testing, commissioning, and prepare as-built documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate civil infrastructure designs.
- Assist in risk assessments, problem-solving, and project coordination.
- Liaise with teams and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
