Infrastructure Project Manager

The role of Resident Engineer is to oversee and manage various construction projects, including road widening, viaducts, tunnels, and demolition activities. This position requires a strong technical background in civil and structural engineering, as well as excellent leadership skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage construction works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
  • Monitor site progress, quality, and safety, providing technical solutions for any issues that arise.
  • Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum Four (4) years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Qualification: Shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with a qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
  • Skills: Proven experience in road/infrastructure projects (road, bridge, tunnel, or related works), excavation, leadership, construction, tolerance, assurance, structural engineering, compliance, project management, construction drawings, tunnelling, civil engineering, instrumentation, and bridge.
