Project Director New Civil Infrastructures Tenders

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leading high-profile civil infrastructure projects? We are seeking an exceptional Project Director to join our team.

  • $25,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Permanent position in the East area
  • Experience in design and building Airport/MRT/Viaduct projects preferred

We are a reputable MNC and leading A1 main contractor with diverse large-scale projects. As our Project Director, you will be responsible for leading project teams in tenders and delivering projects on schedule.

  1. Leading project teams in tenders and deliver the projects on schedule, overall project planning and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget, and Client's expectations
  2. Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site and meeting the targets
  3. Perform risk management to minimize project risks throughout the project life cycle
  4. Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
  5. Ensure all works are carried out according to and meet the Client's standards and requirements
  6. Ensuring Clients, and external stakeholders including consultants, and Government agencies' regulations are always met

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
  • Require a minimum of 15 years of experience in design and construction airport and civil projects
