Experienced Quantity Surveyor Wanted

**Job Summary:**
">We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to work effectively with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and assist in budgeting for construction projects.
- Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and analyze tender submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Monitor project costs and progress, providing forecasts and reports to ensure projects remain on budget.
- Conduct valuations and process contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify and assess potential project risks, implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and cost analysis reports.
**Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
