Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal and external operational procedures, and maintaining accurate and timely system updates. You will also manage shipments efficiently, including document processing, manifest preparation, invoicing, and cost tracking, as well as communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and overseas customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to build long-term relationships through open and interactive communication.
