Job Description:

This is a senior-level role that involves collaborating with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business performance and facilitate organizational growth, leading talent acquisition efforts, managing employee relations matters, and designing and implementing performance management systems.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits programs, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed HR decisions
