Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Assistant to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. Based in the Mandai Estate area, this role is perfect for those who enjoy working in an office environment with various administrative tasks.

Salary Details
The salary range for this position is approximately $2000 - $2800 per month. We strive to provide competitive compensation packages that reflect your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filing Systems Management: Ensure all electronic and physical filing systems are well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform daily administrative duties such as answering calls, managing email correspondence, and providing general support to the team.
  • Liaising with Customers and Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication.
  • Invoicing and Document Preparation: Prepare invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Data Entry and Verification: Enter data into the system and verify delivery-related documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Outstanding Payment Follow-up: Identify and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize delays.
  • Other Administrative Duties: Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements
  • Location: Must be willing to work in the Mandai Estate area.

  • Sales and Marketing: Possess excellent sales skills and knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
  • Inventory Management: Have experience in managing inventory and tracking deliveries.
  • Invoicing and Accounting: Familiarity with invoicing software and basic accounting principles.
  • Administration and Data Entry: Skilled in administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Independent Work Style: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
